About the event

The Asian Pacific Heritage and Culture Club invites you to another in our series of documentary films and lectures. This free event features two short films on the contributions and sacrifices of the Chinese workers who helped build our Sonoma wineries. Mr. Ding will share his own personal story of immigration and hard work, washing dishes in a restaurant to pay for his education. He earned his MBA from Dominican University and proudly became a US Citizen. He is currently a Sonoma City Councilman.

Mr. Ding holds the distinction of Enrolled Agent with the IRS. He is the founder of Unicom Tax Services in Sonoma where he focuses on tax representation for small business and individuals.
